I want to start this post off by saying that I want a huge belly in the WORST way. Not something you’d normally hear from a woman is it?? But if my belly can look as gorgeous as Silvia’s – I’ll take it. She is seriously stunning. Silvia wanted more of a boudoir / beautiful look and feel to her maternity session than the typical belly shots. And I think we achieved that and more. Enjoy!

Piper :: 14 Days New

Oh Piper….. Tanya and Jason – I might just come steal cuddles from her all the time. She’s just perfect. Piper didn’t want to do much sleeping during our session, but that meant lots of snuggles for me! Newborns are my most favourite clients because of how perfect they are. Each and every one in their own little ways. Their personalities shine through at such a young age and I adore it. Plus, how can you not LOVE those teeny tiny features?

Mika & Phoenix :: Children

Little Mika and her big brother Phoenix came by the studio for a little session on the weekend. And these two are FULL of personality and must be the cutest little ones ever! Sorry, make that HANDSOME for Phoenix. Mika wasn’t too thrilled with the camera at times, but her smiles made the tears worth it!

Keely :: 7 Days New

How do I always get so lucky with such beautiful clients and babies?? I’m blessed! Keely did not disappoint with her gorgeousness. At 7 days old, she was a fiesty little one who didn’t want to miss a thing during our session. But she was just PERFECT and I’d love more cuddles from her!

Oh Felix. How I want to keep you. With your red hair and your HUGE blue eyes. Seriously Mom & Dad, you did a GOOD job creating this little one. He was SO serious for most of the session, but when that smile came out – oh how it melted me. I went a little overboard with his Mini Session teasers, but I couldn’t help it! Best baby yet!

Nevaeh :: Newborn

I have been waiting and waiting for a sweet baby girl to come into the studio. I had purchased a TON of girlie things and wanted to use them so badly! And then came sweet Nevaeh. Ahhhh. I want to keep her so I can cuddle and hug her all day long! She’s BEAUTIFUL!!! Absolutely beautiful. And at 3 weeks old for her session, she did wonderfully.

Everette, Ashley & Abi :: Family

Everette and Ashley drove all the way from Vernon to have me take some photos of their sweet 9 week old baby girl Abi. And how sweet she is!! Full of chubby smiles and so intrigued by everything around her. Adorable!!!

Eli :: 1 Year Cake Smash

This little man holds a special place in my heart. I have photographed his Mommy’s Belly, his Birth, 2 Newborn sessions (1 here and 2 here), Eli at 7 months, and now his 1 year Cake Smash! I’ll also be photographing his parents wedding this August. The lips! The hair! THE SMILE!!!!! I absolutely adore this kid. How can you not? And to top it off, his parents are also the sweetest people I have ever met. When they showed up for Eli’s cake smash, they brought me a bouquet of flowers, just to say Thank You. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

Linnea :: Maternity

Linnea is a past Belly & Baby client of mine, and the sister-in-law of one of my best friends, Lana Hamilton, so I was extremely happy when she asked to book me for her 2nd baby! Linnea carries her babies so extremely well, and her belly is just the cutest I have EVER seen. They stopped by my home studio for a quick Mini Belly session a couple weeks ago and I’m so happy with the results. Little Isla didn’t want much to do with me and my camera, but we made it work anyways. How CHUBBY are her cheeks? I LOVE them!!

Jackson & Carter :: Newborn Twins

TWINS!!! I finally got to cuddle and take photos of newborn twins. Sigh. And oh how adorable they are. I am SO SO happy that I have finally taken the step towards specializing, because it has brought out a whole new ‘me’ when I shoot now. Love. These two were the cutest little peanuts ever. This session was a practice session for me, and I think it went great. It wasn’t the usual 3 hours long like a normal newborn session is, but I am so happy with what we captured. Twins are a lot of work!!
