Oh how I love Fort Langley. And OH HOW I LOVE Carol-Ann! Carol-Ann is a great friend of mine who is also an AMAZING photographer in the Vancouver and Metro area. We wanted to get together to update some of her images of herself, and to show off a little bit of the country girl she is. And I am soooo soooooo happy with the results. Editing this girl is such a BREEZE – how freaking hawt is she? Serious.

Love you girl. Always.

I couldn’t decide if I liked the B&W version or colour version of this next photo best, so I chose both! Which do you prefer?

I’ve known this wonderful family for a few years now. I haven’t seen them since little Isaiah was about… 6 weeks old I think. He was just a wee little guy at the time, and my how he’s grown! I get to meet Baby Girl this summer when she makes her arrival – I can’t wait!

How blessed and lucky am I? To be let into people’s lives to document something so monumental is such an honour. Maureen and Scott, thank you SO much, from the bottom of my heart, for allowing me to capture your baby girl entering this world. She is absolutely beyond gorgeous, and I can’t WAIT to give her cuddles next week. Mama – you did an AMAZING job, and Daddy – you were the best support she could have had. Big sister Maddy – you’re going to be the best big sister – make sure to give her lots and lots of cuddles.

Baby girl doesn’t yet have a name, but I’ll be sure to post it once she does.

Oh Cash. Love you little man! You might not have been too into your cake at first, but once we *cough* made you enjoy it *cough* you were just the cutest little thing ever! Oh how I love this family!! And oh my how fast these little ones grow! I can’t get over it. The last time I saw 10 month old Nixon was when he was a teeny tiny 7 day old wee baby – here for his newborn session. And now he’s a solid (and heavy!) 10 month old BOY! I love love love that my families allow me to stay as a part of their lives, and capture memories for them to cherish forever. Sarah and Mark, thanks for being so awesome. And Nixon – I’ll take more of your smiles ANY day!
